Based in the London Borough of Bromley, Transitions offers private psychological services for children and young people, parents and carers and professional groups and organisations. Established in 2017, Transitions aims to promote and improve the emotional and behavioural wellbeing of children and young people and their parents and carers as well as consult with, support and provide information to educational settings, community centres and residential settings.
Transitions provides assessment and intervention for a wide range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties, delivers workshops and one to one support for parents, offers prenatal and postnatal services and works with organisations which serve the needs of children and young people in the delivery of training, consultation, and supervision.

Dr. Isis Davidson-Olsson DClinPsy, BSc
Qualified Clinical Psychologist, Chartered Member of the British Psychological Association and registered member of the Health Care Professions Council.
Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2013, Isis has been providing psychological input to children, young people and their families within the charitable, public and private sector.
Isis specialises in working with children and young people and parents and carers who are experiencing distress related to mental health difficulties, physical health difficulties or health related procedures.
The majority of the work undertaken by Isis focuses on the emotional and behavioural health and psychological wellbeing of children and young people and their parents, family and carers, with both assessment and intervention being delivered through individual work, work with parents/carers, family work, workshops or in a group therapy format. In addition, Isis also provides psychological services to organisations such as schools, nurseries and residential settings.
This includes staff training, consultation, supervision of professionals and direct work with children and young people.
