Transitions offers workshops to organisations who want to improve their teams' understanding of emotional and behavioural wellbeing and mental health. This may include health centres, community centres, schools, nurseries and residential settings.
The workshops aim to provide information on how best to promote and work towards psychological wellbeing, as well as how organisations which serve the needs of children, young people, parents and carers can support those experiencing distress related to anxiety, disruptive behaviour or other mental health difficulties.

Consultation
Transitions offers case, project and organisational psychological consultation services.
Case Consultation: Transitions case consultation services offers multidisciplinary professionals the opportunity to develop a case formulation which incorporates the psychological and social factors that can impact on the children, young people, parents and carers under their care. Case consultation also provides a space for multidisciplinary professionals to explore the origins of their own ideas about the children, young people, parents and carers they work with and their individual response to the work being undertaken. Often this leads to recommendations for how the work could proceed and whether other services would be of benefit.
Project Consultation: Transitions project consultation services include working with project organisers to provide a psychological perspective on the health and/or mental health project being undertaken and to facilitate assurance and rigour in the evaluation process. Maybe you are launching a project related to physical health or mental health. Transitions can help you consider the psychological processes which impact physical health and/or mental health and advise on how best to outcome your project.
Organisational Consultation: Transitions organisational consultation services offer organisations the opportunity to consider the psychological wellbeing of either their staff or the children, young people, parents and carers whom they serve. This includes working with the organisation to bid for, develop and/or evaluate projects and services which are aimed at improving the psychological wellbeing of staff and/or children, young people, parents and carers.
